Join us for the 3-hour hands-on experience of working together to can and preserve three unique recipes.
Port Wine Jelly is a quick and easy recipe to preserve and will be ideal for gift giving this holiday season as you show off your skills to friends and family. Our Cranberry Apple Chutney is perfect for holiday dinners. Our final recipe involves a LOT of chopping vegetables but it's all worth it when you open this jar of Antipasto to showcase on your next charcuterie board.
We work together and share the results of our efforts. Each guest will go home with jars of each preserve along with the recipe to try again at home.
The 1909 Culinary Academy is a licenced facility with a drink list of beer, wine, and cocktails for you to enjoy throughout the event.
