Valentines isn't for everyone. If you're not in the mood to celebrate LOVE, this class is for YOU! Let's enjoy some garlic, bacon & poutine together. 

• Mussels in garlic white wine sauce with garlic bread
• Penne Mac 'n Cheese with bacon, bacon, and bacon and parsely sprig garnich (the salad)
• Onion ring poutine with pulled pork and BBQ sauce
