Heleniak Meats (Norpac)
Serving the most discerning palates, since 1953, this third-generation artisanal butcher shop has blossomed into a major Ontario processor. One of the Heleniak family accomplishments was being on the ground floor in developing the Ontario Grain Fed Beef Program. Servicing both wholesale and retail clients, from fine dining and steak houses, to upscale caterers and local food specialty grocers, they cover the map. In part through feeding their own cattle, they manage the high quality standards.
Their Norpac Family Farmed Program AAA steaks are hormone and antibiotic free. Personal service is another important hallmark at Norpac. They respond to special requests such as extra aging and vacuum sealing. Heleniak's continue to raise the bar on taste and quality of specialty meat products.
Visit their in-house retail store which is open 6 days a week from 9am-6pm (closed Sundays).
