Gravel Travel 2023

Set out this summer on Oxford's backroads and explore our rural routes for Gravel Travel 2023. Gravel Travel is an opportunity to take a road trip through the Gunn's Hill area, with a 4-Stop Itinerary complete with things to taste, experience, and try. Mark your calendar for August 19th 11am-5pm and join in on the explorations.

Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese

Start your day off at Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese and snack on over 20 varieties of cheese made on site. Sample plates are available for purchase. Tours available $10 per person 11am and 2pm. Please book tours at www.gunnshillcheese.ca

Wild Comfort Body Care

Just one kilometre down the road you will find Wild Comfort Body Care where you will meet Danielle. Browse the various skincare products handcrafted on site. If you are up for some handcrafting of your own try your hand at Felting Soap and discover the ways they work toward zero waste. Drop in- no reservations necessary

Berrylicious Fruit Farm

Head down the road where you will meet Farmers Wendy and Don at Berrylicious Fruit Farm. Enjoy a guided walking tour of the Berry Farm. New for '23. Berrylicious will offer special Gravel Travel To Go Picnic Baskets. Spend relaxing time picking blueberries, and make sure to browse their farm stand for fresh fruit & produce, jams, syrups, and other sweet treats! Farm Tours available at 1pm and 4pm. Greener Pastures Eco Farm

At Greener Pastures Eco Farm you will drive through a quaint wooded area, greeted by grazing cattle, chickens, sheep and pigs. Meet Carl and Andrea at the farm store where they offer a selection of pastured meats, local cheese, glass bottled milk and other local products. Wagon Rides will be available at 12pm & 3pm (booking reccommended). All inclusive picnic available, prebooking required. Book a wagon ride or picnic online.
