Look Again: Form + Void

Works in this exhibition will be drawn from the Woodstock Art Gallery’s permanent collection and will examine pieces made using very light colours and muted palettes. Aesthetically, the works will appear delicate and light in the gallery. Formally, it will be a study in representation: how does one create shape and volume using a minimal amount of colour?

The exhibition includes print, drawing, painting, and sculpture. There are landscapes, abstracts, still life and portraits. Assembled together, these works will be study in looking and creating.
