Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

Join us for a winter holiday outing focused on meals the entire family can prepare...and enjoy!

What's on our menu?

Spaghetti and Meatballs with our sauce and meatballs being made from scratch. While they bake, we'll make garlic knots and a crisp and crunchy, caesar salad with homemade dressing.

Once our food is ready, we'll sit down together to enjoy this dish that will become a regular in your own kitchen.

Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
