Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

Join us for a Family Day Food Experience on Sunday, February 16th.

In this culinary event, we'll work in groups to prepare Chicken Tenders from scratch. Made with a panko breading and baked until crispy, these Chicken Tenders are juicy, flavorful, crispy, and ready in less than 30 minutes! Of course we'll make our own dipping sauces before turning our attention to a batch of cupcakes for each guest to personally decorate.

Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
