Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

Join us for a weeknight culinary experience: Meatless Monday. We've taken our usual three hour class and trimmed it down to focus on one specific recipe.

In this culinary event, we'll work in groups to prepare one of our signature vegetarian dish. Today, it's a family friendly Mac 'n Cheese. Rich and creamy homemade baked mac and cheese, filled with multiple layers of shredded cheeses, smothered in a smooth cheese sauce, and baked until bubbly.

Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
