Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

Join us for a weeknight culinary experience: Meatless Monday. We've taken our usual three hour class and trimmed it down to focus on one specific recipe.

In this culinary event, we'll work in groups to prepare one of our signature vegetarian dish. Today, it's a chickpea curry with sweet potatoes. This chickpea curry recipe made with sweet potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, and coconut milk uses fragrant Indian spices to make a delicious vegan meal.

Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
