Santa Claus Parades and Events - Small Towns in Oxford
The Spirit of Santa has reached far and wide and he will be visiting many small towns in Oxford.
Everyone is working hard to welcome him in their parade! So bundle up and get ready to cheer Santa when he goes by!
Christmas Parades:
November 30th- 6:30pm in Embro: The parade route will be reversed this year, starting at the Township Yard ( 8 Commissioner St) and ending at Matheson Park. Everyone is invited to Knox United Church after the parade for a meet and greet with Santa. There will yummy hot chocolate and a delicious baked goods sale in support of the Knox United Church Mission & Outreach Committee.
Not to mention the door prizes to be won for those who come and cast their vote for their favorite parade float.
December 7th - 2:00pm in Bright : Starting on Baird St. S, heading north, turning right onto Cuthbertson St. to Bright Park.
December 7th - 6:00pm in Plattsville: Santa's Tree of Hope: Starting at the corner of Mill St. W. and Hume St.travelling down Hume St, onto Albert St. traveling east, turning left onto Walter St. then left again onto Mill St. E., ending at the Plattsville Park Pavilion/Arena.
December 14th - 6:00pm in Innerkip: The Innerkip Lions Club is hosting the Innerkip Santa Claus Parade will be travelling South on Blandford St. from the Corner Farm Market to Innerkip Presbyterian Church. Santa will be available after the parade for photos's with the kids at Innerkip Presbyterian Church. Come enjoy a warm drink and snack afterwards.
December 21st- 7:00 pm in Burgessville: Line starts on Deer Crescent east end. Parade exists Deer Crescent west end follows 59 hwy to Burgessville fire station where the after party will be held. Meet Santa have goodies, hot chocolate and listen to live carols. Parking available at Malcolm's Excavating.
