Bright Cheese and Butter was created by local farmers in 1874 to turn surplus milk into cheddar. Today, they are still producing award-winning cheese at their 1800s factory in Bright, Ontario including: aged cheddars, Asiago, Colby, Monterey Jack, Feta, Havarti, curds and more.
