Rosy’s Kitchen is located on Rose Farm outside of Ingersoll, Ontario. It was started by Alayne Brisson, a baker her entire life, with a need to provide baking to her entire family who have gluten as well as other intolerances.

After discovering that she and her kids had food sensitivities, Alayne spent her Sunday afternoons baking for the rest of the week so that her kids could have nutritious lunches that included baked goods. Now with years of experimentation and learning,
