Ingersoll (population 13,000) is nestled along the Thames River with scenic river trails and a charming downtown.  With several stops along the Oxford County Cheese Trail right in town, you can explore the area's rich dairy and cheese hertiage at the Ingersoll Cheese Museum.  Hitting the downtown, check out delicious local cafes, gift shops and even a wine and cheese shop.
