Dream'a Pasta Primavera
To Prepare:
1. Cook bacon or Pancetta in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. As bacon fat begins to appear, add onion, garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minutes.
2. Add rest of chopped vegetables, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender crisp. Add pasta. Stir until pasta is heated.
3. Add egg. Stir rapidly to coat entire dish. Then add grated Parmesan and fresh ground pepper to taste.
