Prosciutto wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with basil pesto from Orange Door Acres
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Butterfly the breasts, spread a generous amount of the basil pesto
3. Close the breasts and wrap with prosciutto
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
5. Bake 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
6. Serve with your favourite side and enjoy.
