How can I help keep Oxford County beautiful and healthy?

On trails, please remember to clean up after yourself. Provide adequate space for flora and fauna. Even if animals do not run away from you, they may be protecting young. Finally, take only photos and leave only footprints. If you'd like to give back, you can consider purchasing a tree. If the parking lot is full at the trail you're visiting, consider coming back at a different time or choosing a different trail to avoid overuse.

What other trails are nearby?  What other trails are over 5km?

Nearby you can check out Lawson NatureTract (12 minute drive away). For trails over 5km, check out The Trans Canada Trail in Tillsonburg (17km), The Hickson Trail (9km), Roth Park (6.75km), Wildwood Conservation Area (25km), Avon Trail (19km) or the Rotary Trail (5.9km).

How far is this trail system from nearby towns?

Not too far at all. You can drive to Woodstock in about 14 minutes and Ingersoll in 13 minutes.

What can I check out nearby?

Right across the road (1-minute walk or drive), Jakeman's Maple Farm serves up all things maple! Think maple sugar, maple syrup, maple popcorn, maple coffee and even maple cotton candy!
