Peanut Butter Cherry Energy Balls

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add dry roasted lightly seasoned peanuts, cups of roughly chopped dates, dried cherries, peanut butter, ground flax seeds, oats and honey to taste.
  2. Process until smooth and sticky, then roll into 20 balls. Set on baking sheet and freeze for an hour before transferring to a freezer bag or container.
  3. Store these in the freezer or fridge and pull a few out at a time for a quick snack.
