Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl
Prepare:
Day before optional: Peel banana, place in bag and freeze overnight. (You may want to keep a few in the freezer on hand.)
Appliances needed: powerful blender, cutting board, large spoon and bowl
1. Blend the following: skim milk, Greek yogurt, banana, pumpkin purée, spices and honey until smooth
2. Pour smoothie into a cereal bowl and top with sliced pears, pumpkin seeds, spices and hemp hearts.
Note Local Ingredient: Greek yogurt (Perth County Yogourt)
