Maple Bacon Ribs
Directions:
- Remove the membrane (layer or fatty tissue) from the back side of the ribs by working it away from the bone with a spoon or butter knife.
- Cut into single ribs.
- Once step 1 and 2 is completed, shake on seasoning. Place ribs in foil pan and place on grill at 275 degrees. Leave for 2 hours.
- Remove ribs from grill, wrap each piece with 1-2 pieces of bacon.
- Place ribs back in foil plan for an additional 2 hours.
- Remove ribs from pan and place directly onto the grill for 10 minutes.
- Baste with BBQ sauce and leave for 10 more minutes.
