Bean Salad

  1. Combine maple syrup, oil, vinegar and salt in a 2 cup measure.
  2. Microwave at high for approximately 2 minutes, or until hot.
  3. Combine the beans and onion in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the beans, toss to coat the beans thoroughly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving in order to blend flavours
