Strawberry Spinach Salad with Raspberry Dressing
Ingredients
- Fresh baby spinach leaves
- Red onion, slivered
- Strawberries, sliced
- Walnuts, crushed
- ½ cup Raspberry Vinegar (see recipe below)
- ½ cup Canola oil
- 1 ½ tsp. fresh minced onion
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- ¼ tsp. paprika (pref. Sweet Hungarian)
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bag frozen raspberries 4 – 6 cups cider vinegar
Steps
- Toss ingredients together with Raspberry Dressing.
- Blend all in a food processor or blender until emulsified.
