Grilled Local Cheddar Cheese & Brisket Sandwich
1. Butter one side of each slice of your choice of bread
2. Place one slice of bread in your frying pan or griddle, butter side down
3. Top with your fillings of grated or sliced Quality Sheep Milk Cheddar and smoked beef brisket then add more cheddar
4. Grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
