Oxford Harvest cheese and Sweet Red Onion Grilled Cheese

1. In a small frying pan, place sliced sweet red onions, with a dab of butter or spray of oil, (with a splash of balsamic vinegar optional). Cook until onions are soft or semi-transparent  (takes about 5 min or less). Set aside.

2. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread

2. Place one slice, butter side down on the frying pan

3. Cover the bread with several slices of Gunn's Hill Oxford Harvest cheese

4. Take sweet red onions that were cooked previously and place on top of the cheese

5. Place the other slice of bread, butter side up on top of the onions

6. Grill/fry until golden brown and cheese is melted.
