Maple, Apple & Cheddar Grilled Cheese
1. Butter the outside of each slice of rye bread, and place once slice butter side down in the frying pan or griddle.
2. Brush the inside of the both slices of rye bread with Jakeman's Maple Syrup
3. Load the fillings on the bread in the frying pan in the following order:
- Red Dragon Dairy Cheddar
- thinly sliced apples to cover,
- sprinkle lightly with cinnamon
- a bit more cheese
4. Place the remaining slice of rye bread, on top, butter side up and grill your sandwich.
5. Serve with a little extra maple syrup for dipping.
